Hi there, most powerpoint help videos are for the APP version, but many people only have the 365 version which is really scaled back. Nobody is doing help videos for this. For example, I often cannot select text correctly in the NOTES tab, and cannot change the font there, but 365 have none of the options you mention to fix the problem.

Hi Catherine! 😊 If you're printing the notes, then you probably want to go to View-->Notes Master, then edit the text there to be size 12. That should do the trick.

Thanks for the kind words, Mohammed! 😊 As far as I know, it's not possible to change the color of the notes (though you can do bolding, underlining and italics). How can I make it so these settings save? For example, I want all of my future powerpoint notes' text size to be size 18. Can I do that or do I have to change the font or zoom size every time?

Hi Nike013! If you make the updates in one deck and then re-use it ("save as..."), it should keep those settings (at least it does for me). But if you're starting from a new deck each time, it's probably easiest to create a new template (.potx file), update the font settings in the template, and then create new decks based on it. OIY! 😲 You can change the notes master, but that only applies to things when you print them out. I'm not aware of another way to do it globally across the deck (if I find one, though, I'll create a new video!). Hope it wasn't too painful! 🤓

Hi Maz! 👋 In presenter view, at the bottom of the screen under your notes, you should see two "A"s, one with an up-arrow and one with a down-arrow. Clicking on those should increase/decrease the font size in the notes. Hope that helps!
