When I tell you the great Bishop Walter Hawkins had such a wonderful gift and anointing that was spread all over these people he mentored, pastored and cultivated into the phenomenal people of God they are still today. Who else, who else could sing CHANGE with such passion and anointing than those who sat under his anointing. I didn't have to press pass this clip like I do for some who even try to attempt Lady Tremaine Hawkins anointing of this song because I knew it was SAFE IN HIS ARMS with Pastor San Franklin.
