This question is due to ,i replaced charging system and automatically the phone's speaker external one became off

check out the connection to the speaker , or any resistor leading to the speakers . Also if you don't mind my asking ; which brand or model is the phone ?

I did exactly that but the screen display is literally inveded after replacing

You may likely have to get another, screen (there are incidents where one replacement screen may not be identical or compatible with yours)
