Great video! But why wouldn't the cloud option automatically be the default if it's better?

It requires internet to work so it may not work well for people with bad internet (takes a long time to load) or those who work offline often.

Good recommendation. However, perhaps using a background layer that was NOT black may have allowed the viewer to see the subject/differences better. Regardless, thank you for your videos.

I opt for dark grey to show fringing more clearly since bright fringing blends into white. Definitely either or works tho. Glad you enjoyed the video 👍🏻

Cloud requires internet connection vs device rendering does not. Personally, I always have wifi when I am using Photoshop so it’s not a problem. If you work offline often then device rendering could be better suited as a default.
