I let Jesus in my life two years ago. Since then I changed my habits step by step. I quit social media, I eat healthier and no Softdrinks for me anymore. I stoped watching adault stuff on the Internet and read my Bibel very often. There is no day without praying and it helps me to grow and become a better Christian.

I decided to move away from Gluttony and let God fill me. I allow the Holy Spirit to BREAK THE STRONGHOLD of binge eating and throwing up, bulimia and the cycle of fasting and binging.
