I think I might try this with my Dad. He has no sense of empathy, and he's honestly just an ass, and we haven't gotten along in years. If I can affirm, and change him into a new person, there's no reason I couldn't do the same for my SP.

yeah they(our dads or other family members) should too get a chance too to become a better version.Not everyone has a abusive family whom they cant forgive,(i realise thats why we shouldnt try to relate or read everyones story,it might get into our heads), and if we can do this with our dads n family members why cant we do this with our sps(again not everyones story with their sps is same or the desires are same,also not to forget if u know what u assumed abt them and at the same time u want them,stop reading n watching ppl who says otherwise) if we can give ourselves we can too give them a chance bcz thats what we truly desire(not everyone again).

I think this makes sense Neyah! I have been listening to a lot of coaches and it finally clicked. I was always afraid of being forced to find a new significant other (or even a friend in some situations where I've had a falling out). I kept hearing the "this or better" or "you need to move on find someone new" and rejecting the concept out of fear- then becoming obsessed with winning the person back. I now see that if I were to get my SP back, it would ultimately BE a new relationship. They would be that new person and I would be a new person as well. My resistance is literally hanging on to the bad version of both of us. I equated "new person " with I can't get the human being I want to be with. That's simply not what the issue is.

Thank you for sharing M. Craft. Really relatable. and what a great perspective to add here on honoring your desire for your SP. I came to a similar conclusion as you have that It's a new relationship with that SPECIFIC PERSON that I'm assuming/manifesting. Out of fear and attachment to the old bad version of our undesirable relationships we miss the opportunity to start something NEW with the existing person we desire, with a new fresh start. That new fresh start with our SP will become exactly what we desire, if we allow ourselves to fulfill it. A lot of common knowledge is to just let go and move on to someone or something" new. Which can be a limiting view point in my opinion when that's not what you desire. Why not have ALL your desires WITH your chosen specific person?

From my experience this was the most helpful way and it got me into the sabbath state. Doesn’t matter if it’s SP or money or other people. Once I started seeing the versions of people as separate instead of trying to change what I was seeing I felt so much peace. Even with myself. If I had unwanted thoughts I’d tell myself I don’t identify with that anymore, I am not that version and then proceeded to focus on the selected version of myself in my imagination (my true reality). I think Neville talked about this when he said to leave the world alone and that worked for me.

Everyone is you pushed out but you are correct. So few "coaches" teach this aspect primarily. They tell people if they improve self concept enough that they will just get tired and want differently. Why not have it the way you want? It's also easier to live in the end of the version of them is different than the version that hurt you. You're brilliant. ❤️

This is a real game changer! We always tend to 'change' what we don't like (be it SP, our body, face etc) using manifestation, law of assumption etc. Little do we realise that, despite using manifestation and all, this practice still makes us focus on what's external to us. So all we have to do is, part ways with the reality (which we might be experiencing right now as 3D), create a new reality as we desire in our inner mind (using the powerful tool: imagination) and welcome that with love for it to unfold. This makes manifestation so effortless as we needn't 'change' anyone or anything as what we want already exists. Thank you Neyah for these gem thoughts and ideas. It is really helping 💕💯

This is pure gold! Best explanation ever, and the way you explained it was so entertaining as well. We just have to shift/observe a reality with the new version of us and new version of them and thats it. When you said its literally two different people, in two different realities, that really made things a whole lot easier. Holy moly! I've never had the feeling of CLICK! in my mind like this!! Both of the old version of me and my SP are gone! They just left together for good. I waved at them and they waved back at me and faded away. So it's impossible for this new me to have the same experiences as the old one had or to see the old version of my SP cuz they don't exist anymore! It makes so much sense now! There're only this new amazing me who is fully committed to by my SP and the new version of my amazing SP who is completely in love with me so it's just normal for me now to be chosen and loved by my SP...wow this is so easy and fun!

I just realized, I can apply this to my weight loss or other physical appearance changes, anytime I identify myself as fat or I nitpick at something I don’t like I can just say that’s not me that’s some other girl named like me I’m skinny, I’m healthy…….same can apply to being shy or anxious, disassociating from these traits as belonging to someone else eventually I will manifest being outgoing and zen
