EoSD Stage 2 doesn't really seem darker, but certainly faster. Chinese Tea fits that description completely. EoSD Stage 4 also fits, but a bit of darkness, EoSD Stage 5 fits, and Final wasn't really Adrenaline Rush like to me at least. Unlike UFO Stage 6.

i'd like to point out that flandre cannot do shit to beings such as mokou, kaguya, and eiren. yuyuko is also a debate-able one for that. even yuugi, since her ability is "ability to control supernatural powers" which we don't know the extent of. second, meiling is by no means the weakest, its just her ability doesn't hold up well in danmaku. in a no holds barred fight, cirno and meiling are considerably stronger than you'd think. cirno can use perfect freeze because she can and you are now imploded because you just hit absolute zero. meiling can beat your ass several ways from sunday without breaking a sweat, and may be an actual dragon. the very lowest of the low in terms of power would likely be wriggle or mystia. i would say rumia, but the seal in her hair begs to differ.
