Being emotional must lead to high variation in HRV? Low variation = consistent!? Why do you explain it so confusingly! Choas means loads of variation!!??! :-/

i think, being emotional could be a result of a variation, OR another view, i won't be emotional unless i get physiology data from my body system.. he mentioned the different between emotions and feel ,,,, does it make sense?
