The collab we didn't know we needed! With all the support BG's gets from streamers/content creators and the simple fact that BG's is the most popular game mode, I can't believe they won't support a more frequent e-sports scene for the mode. I used to really look forward to Lobby Legends. It always showed you what the pinnacle of the game was.

But shady and collins are like best buds and they used to stream arena together all the time. Legendary duo for awhile. Their teamwork is unmatched!

The only way to nerf it harder than this is to flat out remove them from the game. There will never be a strong beast board, no matter the high rolling with this.

Octo will become a massive tempo card for beast/unread when they triple in tavern 4. You can just level to 6 after that I guess

Octo requires turns to scale, so it won't be free level either since it starts as a 2/2

Hmmm, massive tempo is not what I would describe it as atm. You will need a good board state for it and hope you can juice it in a single combat. but we'll have to see how it plays out in the lobbies.

I mean in a way that you will have a minion actually scaling on the board if you already have an undead/beast boars. It's pure stats without any further investment but having minions pops during the fight

Beasts feel like a dead type in games now. To me, this looks weaker than old quilboars. Especially since dragon's mech and quills look stronger now than before. They could have given beats a bit more to work off. They did not have to start this low, since it's not very fun having dead archetypes in games. Also, I see we are sadly moving into the scam meta with Leroy again, where you sell huge minions for a 6/2. It's even worse now with the new undead, so you can force reborn on Leroy, allowing you to have 4 Leroy on board. Maybe that why beast will work, because there will be so much leroy that summon gain incredible value. But then it feels better to just play undead with Leroy, since they also summon.

did they take blaster out? if so leeroy is gonna be a pain in the ass. it’s by far the most broken scam card ever and scam cards are also incredibly cringe to place on board and against. It’s like saying “haha I know I can’t outscale you but I’m still gonna take your win with minimal skill”
