Pablo used to be my go to guy for tax filings. Always on point, fast and professional. Highly recommend his and MDGs services.

does the B law exclude pensions like social security income from being taxed ?

Good question, one for Pablo to answer as he is the expert on such things, visit mdgadvisors.es/en/mdg-advisors-2/ for more specific answers. We assume it would fall under those rules if you qualified for the ruling...

Thanks for the video. One things I don't understand though - I'm sure I can be eligible for the Digital Nomad Visa, as I work remotely as a freelance consultant earning well over the monthly requirement. But would I be eligible for the Beckham Law? My work is mostly about advising governments of developing countries (or countries in transition) on how to improve public services...My employer is a US company.

I am currently getting salary from a company from another EU country but I work in spain. Can this be applicable to me if I say that I was sent to work remotely in Spain?

We would need more information but in theory that should not cause an issue, if you have an employment contract which is valid and you have been in the same company for a decent period of time and your income can be proved then this income can be used. What are you planning? You can take this conversation private by contacting info@fluentfinanceabroad.com thank you for reaching out.

Thank you for the information. I am under the process of obtaining a nomad worker visa and work for an American company. I was told by the accountant in the law firm that is carrying my process that I will be eligible for Belgian law. Is that true? It does not seem based on what you are saying. I work for an American company as a contractor and they agree with me moving. Thank you!

This is for Spain Silvana, are you interested in moving to Spain? You need to reach out to a Spanish immigration expert where we are Spanish mortgage experts, Pablo can help here I believe

Something wrong in the analysis. It does not need to be a Spanish company, it can be any company.

Any company I believe but there will be criteria to fill so best to seek individual professional advice.

So the ultra wealthy remain ultra wealthy and anyone who tries to make some money for themselves is taxed progressively until it's not worth it any more.

I think it’s for a certain time - 6 years I think. It’s designed to entice wealthy people to Spain where they will benefit their economy. Rather than places like the U.K. which is adding taxes and pushing wealthy people ( and the highest tax contributors from themselves and their companies) out of the U.K. Spain doesn’t blame top contributors for their problems and doesn’t vilify them like the U.K.

@@bonditltd5346 Spain also has a young population problem as to many other Western countries, if Spain can encourage top earners and thinkers to set up here, this could increase jobs meaning that young Spanish people don't feel the need to move to other countries such as Ireland or Germany, just an idea.
@bonditltd53463 ай бұрын
@@fluentfinanceabroad551 That’s interesting, as many companies are relocating from Germany. Ireland has a tech sector but not much else. Most European countries have a skewed demographic, some more than others, so have diminishing younger population and an ageing population. I can’t find good staff for chemical production - no qualifications, just common sense and a reasonable work ethic. The U.K. government has increased taxes and will increase them more this month. It makes no sense to produce in the U.K. now

@@bonditltd5346 very true but where there is a will there is a way we hope.
