Good luck man. If you want to quit start with small steps doesn't matter how small but as long as you started and stay true to the plan. If you smoke 5 times a day for example cut to 2 and start spreading it out throughout days, weeks then months and just don't give up bro. You have to take great care if having fillings removed. I know that Silica removes Aluminium from brain, volic water contains it

You should try a detox called zeolite, it detoxes heavy metals from the body 🙏🏽 I had to get fillings at the end of last year but they weren't amalgam, still felt really cloudy after it though, as I think they definitely used flouride.
