Zwee 2012 i have a friend with stretched ears and she said they can smell bad because body oil and dead skin mixes together (yea its gross) but if you clean them properly and often enough they shouldnt

Zwee 2012 it only smells bad if you don’t wash them for like weeks lol. Also if you use non-organic plugs or tunnels it tends to smell faster. I have 22 mm stretched lobes and wear teak wood tunnels and they never smell 😅
