Changing blown 140 amp fuse 5th gen 4runner (clip locations)

Just a quick look at where these damn clips on this thing are.. They blend in and are hidden all over this box. It’s not easy to get it up just a warning . Much easier putting it back together though 🤙🏻

I tried to take out 140 and it acts like it will break. Thats the purpose of a fuse to take and change it ? No help online yet.
