@gamerdrive55654 жыл бұрын
Back the bolts off on the outside concave so you can give the sensor bar bolt enough wiggle room to go through, then do up your concaves. But that’ll only work if they aren’t out by too much, if they are out by too much, initiate cursing at the thing and doing whatever you did to make it work this time. Ha.
@stevenpranke1794 жыл бұрын
You need to grind the top of the back hook on the concave. Make sure the concave clearance is as tight as it can go, this will give you more room. Walk the pan all the way down and leave all the concaves loose until all of them are in, then tighten them up.

@kmgfarmer34994 жыл бұрын
Just a bit of advice. Some times the holes on the concaves are matched. Lay the units on the ground to see which ones line up. Once you have everything right get alphabet steel punches and punch matching letters or A.B.C.D in sequence. Then use different colour spray paint and each combine has its own colour. Spray the concaves for each combine. Then when you come to change concaves there is no Drama. Grab the matching colours lay them out and get them positioned to follow the sequence letters and fit them to the machine. This saves so much time and frustration. Enjoy

All of the other workers, are they all family members or do you hire these people to work for you on the farm? The vast amount of equipment is simply amazing!! Do you own your own equipment individually and you only run “your” combine or tractor you own or do you rotate in and out of pieces of equipment. Thanks for your time and again really enjoy your videos. By the way I’m from Hanover, Minnesota. F.Y.I.. Stay safe!!

So, in the meantime - in Norway we unhook our 12ft headers to go down the road... ;D And, I love Ashtyn, wish she wanted to show up more. But then I love you too, Mike - so I´m torn between the two of you.. But you´re so awesome together I will just leave it at that and I won´t go after either one of you. ;) So you´re safe. Kind of. For now. At least. On a side note: funny how you won´t move under a raised drill section, but a 50ft header is a great roof for you ;) Also, two things you need in every toolbox always; Bigass flathead screwdriver and (i dunno the right term for this) - small crowbar thingamabob with the jiggleamawangy?? Like a prybar with the angled hole centring thing... Irreplaceable tool! I wonder about the combines steering worse without the headers. They should just need a bit more force, which is good when you´re moving. How do you feel that it´s worse?
