It's beyond silly that they renamed the apps (intuitive) to gallery (huh?). As a UX (user experience) designer this interface just drove me nuts. Especially since there was SO little documentation online with the update! :D

I just got the versa 4 and figured this out the first day but unfortunately it still won’t change to Fahrenheit on my Fitbit screen. So frustrating. I’ll have to contact support I guess. As this is the instructions everywhere I look and I’ve tried several times. Syncing from my versa 4 page and just the main Fitbit page by pulling screen down and still nothing after all the syncing. Even tried switching to Celsius thinking maybe they got programmed backwards but nope, still said Celsius. But glad this video is helping so many!!

Not on that specifically, but I did have something similar with having to reset the bluetooth on my phone and that fixed the issue I was having. I wish I had a better answer for you.

Ddi you figure out how to be able to answer the phone with the watch? It rings and provides caller ID, but I can't answer the call. Thx

Yeah but it's not great. It (should) be providing you with green phone and a red phone icons (pickup/hang up) when the phone rings. Hit the green one to answer it. But it's not great even when it works. a) it's slow - you click on it and it says "connecting" for way too long - long enough you're sure the person calling might give up, and b) when it does connect, it defaults the volume to it's "mid-tier level" which is still SO quiet - especially when you're outside. So I have to quickly bump it up to full volume (which is another screen and like 4 clicks) - even then I have to keep it close to my ear. And then when you're on that screen, you can't get off of it. There's no way to back out, which means you can't hang up - you have to wait for the other person to. It is handy in a pinch, but having to do those two filddle things every time someone calls isn't fun. So I'm a UI/UX Designer (user experience) and I realize I'm biased because of my background, but I swear they didn't user test this thing at all before selling it to the masses. I think it's a great fitness watch, but some of the other features need upgrades.

It does seem unnecessarily clunky in certain ways doesn't it? For example it defaults to a mid range volume whenever a call comes in instead of what you had the speaker set to previously. I can't hear it at that stage so anytime I take a call on it I have to tell the person to wait while I up the volume. Then the volume screen stays on while the call is taking place so you can't hang up. I recently figured out if you hit the side button it'll go back to the phone call interface, but it's like they never talked to a user experience person or tested some of these things.

Omg! I was going NUTS,! I had it on Fahrenheit in the “units” but like you…once you showed me how, in the “gallery weather setting” it was set to Celsius. Makes ZERO sense you’d have to change it in the individual app when The whole Fitbit is SUPPOSED to be set to it! Crazy! Fitbit, shame on you! Wendy, THANK YOU!
