Changing Hayterette blades and installing power

Not sure I could face whipping the plug off just to pass the cable through brother! that’s dedication to neatness, my shed would have a plug size hole in the side of it 🤣🤣🤣. Those blades look lethal! awesome

I think the blades should turn freely after installing?...that's how I was taught.
