MRI report shows like 1) disc desiccation & annulus tear L5-S1 level 2) mild disc bulge seen at L4-5 level with no encroachment of bilateral neural canals .3) Disc extrusion seen at L5-S1level with superior extension of disc fragment behind the L5body on right side --producing compression of adjacent thecal Sac, nerve roots - more on right side..
