Oren, your videos are excellent! You have a great sense of humour and you’re honest! I wasn’t going to get your app because for my budget it is an expensive app, but now I will purchase your all because you earned my greater admiration when you introduced your viewers to your Grandfather 💙 That added a special personal touch ! I wish you all the very best, always! Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺

I am to Amy from Hillsong Greater West. I have been several times and I love Israel 🇮🇱 and I also went to Joseph Tomb in Nablus and Jacob’s well. and Mount Ebal and Gerizim . Now the best time to travel is 1st week or the second week of March before the Passover pagans call it Easter 🐣 and the western world 🌎 call it’s pagan name Easter 🐣 this is also the season of many deaths. Unnecessary deaths. Why ???? Unprotected. Just make sure you go the temple Mt. And King David City. And the Yehudah Market. Take care ✝️🕊️💜🇮🇱🕎

I lived and worked in Israel for 3 Years in the 80s and had an Apartment in Tel Aviv. I can tell you some Horror Stories about changing Money. We were constantly approached on the Streets to change Money. At that Time Israelis were not permitted to have Foreign Currency unless they had a Visa for traveling out of Israel. We learned very quickly all of the “Tricks”. The worst Offenders were the “Curly Wurlies”. Inflation was enormous and the Black Market Exchange Rate was published in the Newspapers every Day. We had our favorite Shops to Change but only changed our US Dollars one Week at a Time. The only Time I changed in the Bank is when I bought a new Subaru and had to prove that I had changed my Dollars legally. We visited Israel a couple of Years ago after 30 Years absence and could not recognize the Place. It had changed so drastically (and not always for the better). Shallow alachem.

Finding places to change HKD and renminbi was a bit of a challenge. There’s a decent place in one of the back streets near the Damascus gate away from the tourist area. Getting shekels in Hong Kong also takes a bit of a search. (1 shekel =$2/¥2 roughly, so easy to work out prices)

But Oren - my friends stayed at the Eldan Hotel in Jerusalem in December and locked USD in their room safe. When they returned the safe had been robbed and the staff shrugged their shoulders. Later they said they fired the room attendant or maintenance person (can't remember which it was) and that's it. No ownership or compensation for the loss. Thank goodness, my friends were able to find another hotel during that busy time because they felt really unsafe there. Did the staff know that they had a thief employed there? What a horrible experience. I wouldn't carry that much cash nor assume that it is safe ANYWHERE I travel. Israel is a country like anywhere and there are thieves here too.

You actually take for granted the things you have there we have here as none of the stroes or items we do not have in the west so you walk by what is familiar to you but unfamiliar to us. Do not assume that the west has any of it because in fact they do not and except for very few a handful of large cities with airports there is nothing Jewish so nothing is known outside of Israel so your joke that Wisconsin that people must know , no they do not. I am Canadian except for Montreal or Toronto there is zero Jewish communities and nothing is familiar so stop taking for granted anything is ordinary everything is unknown from the gas station video you did you people put in id numbers no one here does such so almost everything that your life is like there is unusual and not relatable so stop walking by things and saying all of you have it there as no we do not . Explain your Israel life in full as it is very unusual. Interesting but very unfamiliar. Maybe if all of you try to explain what life is like there then people could relate better. You should do videos in each city and walk around and explain each place in Israel and what it is like for life there and what the different types of people are like meet them and chat and get the people documented on camera so there is a recording of the real culture as it exists no where else.Record it now while you can . Important. God Bless you all.

True, and that's a bit annoying. When I arrive in Israel, I will take the train to Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, or wherever. But I still need a taxi to get from the train station to the hotel. So I have to find an ATM either at the airport or bus station. After an 11+ hour flight, I just want to get to the hotel, and not hunt for an ATM!

Sellers accept the euro but value it as a dollar. it is not profitable to have euros. Thanks to these video clips, I found my way around Israel easier. I was during Shabbat and Passover. Exchange offices were not working, and in some shops you only needed cash, in churches and taxis as well. If you plan on cash then better dollar than euro. Of course, exchange offices calculate according to the exchange rate, and that's ok. I just changed into one of these from the video clip.

But I am sure you have those in Italy as well. 🤣 There are great restaurants of all sorts in Israel, so I hope you don't have the room and board rate. You don't want to end up eating all your meals at the hotel. When in Jerusalem, check out the Nahon Museum of Italian Jewish Art. It is rather small, but if you are in the vicinity, it is worth a looksee.
