Thanks for posting BOTH passenger and driver side example. I was able to change both lights with the help of this tutorial, but the passenger side is really tough, you practically have to be a contortionist to gain purchase on the necessary components.

If you are having issues with the spring clip on the passenger side like I did, you can do each side of the spring individually. I couldn't get my hand in there and then squeeze them together at the same time. You can release one side of the spring and then the other.

It's "infiniti" and this is not unusual for passenger cars these days that have so much under the hood. I had a GMC Acadia where you had to remove the liner inside the wheel well and turn the wheels just the right way to get your hands in and you couldn't see anything you were working on. It was totally by feel
