If you hold in the ADJustment button (D) it will skip through the numbers itself, don't wear out the button pressing a number at a time. This works for every digital timepiece. the more you press the more you wreck it and it will leak sooner.

How do you change a Sunday to Saturday? Every web site only explains one or 2 features making watches like the Timex Marathon as useless as the manuals that came or never cane with it as bad as they are. Some of those appear to be cheap Chinese fake knockoffs look like the already cheap looking watch look even cheaper and more useless If you buy a Marathon be sure to buy a watch that's useful and easy to set as well so you won't keep having to use your phone as a real watch instead. Your phone will also have a light on so you can see it in the dark as if anyone would ever need to do that, so buy a real watch that does that too.
