Btw if you put the balm all over the areas where need to break in the shoe (the front and the back mainly) from the inside and outside and keep it like overnight it totally helps break them in! At least it worked for me.

you girls should 100% use the dermaveen tub of moisturiser overseas. its super thick so you only need to use a little bit. also, girl, you should def floss before you brush. you want to floss the bacteria into your mouth beforehand, especially before you go to sleep 🫣😱 just some tips that i’ve learnt along the way xx 🫶🏼
