Is it possibile to pair Changli with jinshi and verina in a team? I mean also got encore, and pairing her with encore is also ideal, but im only sceptical about her in a team of verina and jinshi (support, sub-dps, and main dps)?

Since she doesn't have coordinated attacks (see: Yinlin circuit debuff "Punishment Mark" applied on enemies), she's not ideal. She'll only give Jinhsi 1 stack of her circuit every time it can trigger, while if she had coordinated attacks she could add 3. Her outro skill is also wasted as she only buffs Fusion damage & Resonance Liberation (>ult, which isnt so important for Jinhsi). On the other hand, she's at least of a different attribute & works very well as a sub-dps so it's not all too bad. Considering she'll be really strong on her own, you can totally put her in the same team. It just won't be as effective as, say, Mortefi for example, who can trigger coordinated attacks after using his ultimate + is just a 4star (easy to get) & still of a different element than Jinhsi. tldr it's better to use her in a separate team for challenging content like ToA where you need multiple teams anyway, but if its just for fun ofc she'll work out just fine. And if they're both well built you might not even have to care about min-maxing all the possible damage from team comps even in ToA.
