Yo heads up i mistyped the signature weapon effect, it's 12% ATK not 12% Crit Rate! But the calculations are based on ATK so dw about those Pulling Changli live on my F2P tomorrow twitch.tv/braccs I didn't mention this but S1 is better for more on-field Changli since that interrupt resist can be pretty helpful to her damage output. If you're swap canceling it doesn't matter much though.

Problem with Changli + Havoc Rover means you need 2 swords and the problem with Changli + Encore is you need 2 fusion sets unless you run moonlit clouds on one of them.

@@Thorfinxs well so I lost to s1 verina at pity 73....I was rally lucky on YINLIN and jinshi banners so am not mad but on jinshi banner I got her at pity 9 after loosing early and then tried to get yangyang but got s1 jinshi pity 20....if I haven't done that I would have gotten changli and the weapon by now T T....I have 3 weeks and pity 10 on character banner and 17 on weapon banner so maybe I will get early lol

Minor Disclaimer: Changli comes out at different times depending on which server you're on. That means that just because cn may have access to her, people from other servers may have to wait a bit longer.

I like the fact that with her attacks she goes all over the place especially with her e meaning it’s harder to get hit by the enemy. And her heavy ground attack launches her in the air which can allow for easy access to do an „ariel combo type thing“ which can stunlock (or whatever it’s called) light enemys (so sadly not that useful against bosses), and after the ariel attacks you can just hold for another heavy ground attack and do it again, till her forte bar thingy is full.

Unless you intend to use Emerald of Genesis on a character in Changli's team, such as Havoc Rover, I don't think it's necessary to go for Changli's signature. Weapons can be switched around in between Tower of Adversity runs, so you can share Emerald of Genesis between your characters.

One thing to note for encore that i think a lot of people have been failing to realize is that them both being fusion means they will compete for the same echoes and building 2 fusion sets can be difficult especially for f2p/low spenders. I haven't kept many of my 1 crit roll pieces because i've been refeeding them to save xp and tuners, so I only have 1 fusion set built.
