OMG she’s SOOOOOOO CUTE!! 🤣 Not to mention with all those good qualities in the form of a top athlete, she’s such a rarity, especially in Hong Kong. ☺️
Nice combi buddhist and young person talk. I believe that buddhism philosophy and meditation may help to reduce young people stress nowadays. Warm greetings from a HK Chinese born in Holland.

Vivian 系一位好有善心的女孩子而且能夠將佢嘅善意傳遞出去幫助別人。這是非常的難能可貴。我系一個業餘的武術教練。想分享我過去的比賽經驗同運動受傷的經驗。要減低受傷的機率就必須要在練習前做夠充分的熱身運動同練習后的鬆筋運動。可以參考少林武術同太極拳的熱身運動同壓腿鬆筋運動。通常要做20分鐘或者更長的時間。must do it before and after the practice. 比賽想佔上風首先必須要盡量放鬆。當聽到 on guard 準備口令時身體外表系 alert 但入面系要盡量放鬆。拳手出拳之前都不能夠緊握拳頭。而系出拳到肉果一刻至發力崩拳。而劍擊就更需要放鬆因為你要將力度從手傳送到劍尖。所以要用意念即是visualization to visualize the target point of your opponents. 而意念系可以通過禪坐meditation來訓練定力同放鬆自己。如果能夠放鬆去掌握意念將劍尖點到對手你預設的目標點上,你將會佔上風。再加上你去練腰力即是能夠掌握轉腰。knowing how to use your waist to improve your flexibility. 因為如果能夠識得用腰轉腰去配合腿力同手勁用三合一combination. 加上你的身高同手的長度 you are going to be the winner.
