I don't know what is in the heads of plastic surgeons today but I find it incredibly hard to believe they have any understanding of what true beauty looks like. Looking at some of these women today you have to wonder what in the hell was going through the mind of the surgeon to inflict that kind of damage. The once beautiful faces of young actresses so totally destroyed and distorted into these clown-like masks passing for beauty boggles the mind.

I may add: She was totally Swedish. that is a very unique sort of woman and you have to be rooted in Swedish soil and Tradition…her devine perfect Features are not the answer to her breathtaking magical Beauty… Grace Kelly had perfect feautures too - but GG, Ingrid Bergmann & Isabella Rosselini) embody the uncomparable Scandinavian beauty on basis of the mysterious ancient Swedish soul.

Greta Garbo, what a mesmerizing beauty. She is such an inspiration to tall women who have long faces, like me. And like her character in Grand Hotel, I too want to be alone, all the time lol I believe I could pull off her look better than Audrey Hepburn's.

All that time & effort that the model, makeup artist and hairdresser went to, and the final result is almost totally obscured by unhelpful arty camera angles and overhead lighting that cast her eyes into deep shadow. Did she end up looking like Garbo? We'll never know. And anyone genuinely wanting to know how to set out those rollers- the close up shots mean you'll never know that either. But hey- at least all those talking heads got plenty of time and good camera angles, as they said stuff that's been said about Garbo a hundred times already. What a waste of a concept.

I got a good look at her from 10:00 to 10:05 or so and she looks like the poorest imitation of Garbo, who I actually met.

Sharon Tate, as well. Beginning in Valley of the Dolls. She liked the look so much that she kept it.

wasn't Garbo's signature hair look at all. this gals hair is too long. And career info this guy spouts is wrong too. She was not in complete control of her career altho she did have leverage as her popularity grew. And when she left in 1941 it wasn't to retire or bc she didn't need to work, altho true she was set for life financially. hate it when people try to act like they've actually done any real research.

I don't see any resemblance to Garbo. Not even with makeup.
