His latest album is good, too. Usually i don't listen to 90s rappers putting out new music because they sound washed up. But krs one's 2022 album is slamming. I think it works that good, because krs-one's style fits an older person. A style that lives of his youthful energy will always sound washed up when created by a 40-50+ guy. But krs style has no age limit

"COUNTER CLOCKWISE, I RISE LIKE THE SUN. NOW I FEEL THE HEAT FROM THE RAYS/RAISE OF THE GUN." What a brilliant display of metaphorical, analogous, word-craft that redefines the dynamics of thinking on infinite levels. The strength of this art back then was so much more powerful than the dilapidated state it has fallen in today. All respect due to our scholars who represented the "Generation X" class with rebellious honor. PEACE!

Saw KRS-One live in the UK a few weeks ago - amazing - incredible energy - the room went insane, infused by the real hip hop vibes I guess!! I recall the DJ played this Channel Live joint when Kris was off stage - made me remember yeeaah this was one of those absolute classic 90s "neck snappers" - probably ranking up there with some of the dopest KRS collaborations/productions - with Just Ice...maybe??

If you live in America you can definitely do what you your heart desires.. just don't abuse or burn people before or during I feel n all will well.. too much?? My bad 😌/🌴🌬️🥴

This song is all about spark weed & dissing wack MCs.. 3 artist, they all got 2 verses each.. you could argue that this is the greatest hip hop song of all time & you’ll be right. They were all in their bag. Straight up fire. Too much skill. The last verse was epic. My fav part is “I spark the izm, my expectism is lyricism my flow will take you over like I was hypnotism.” & “Wake up in the mornin got me yearnin for herb Which loosens up the nouns, metaphors, and verbs And adjectives” KRS has always been known for not spreading negativity, if he’s not teaching he’s having fun with beats. They were having fun with this one. I played this song for 2months straight. Goated
