Also they are formalised hand positions originating in yoga that channel the flow of prana. There are also body (kaya) and consciousness (citta) mudras. So Robin is not only channeling verbally but also channeling energetically through those channelled hand mudras - nice!

Robin, thank you for describing your Kundalini getting blocked and veering from the heart center. This is exactly what occurred with me last year and at the time I was unaware that this was called Kundalini .. I now have a better understanding and have been patient , yet have recently become more open to the release to continue through the heart , throat and crown. Today while listening to another channeler my third eye began to pulsate. I am grateful and have indicated to the Universe I am ready when it’s in my highest timeline.. I loved Athena’s message about some channels and KZbin channels using fear based words in their messages or podcasts/ KZbinrs that have a fear based title in the thumbnail. I unfollow the ones that do that and definitely won’t watch the video.I have no interest in things like “ the earth is splitting in two or a fire storm is coming to earth “ or any type of wording like that. WFPB vegan have a listening room for original music at the jersey shore arts center. I purposefully stop being aware of energies because you can get overwhelmed especially in a city. Corruption and doing wrong is a constant. I don’t want to hear it all. I now just stay on a light frequency pink and love compassion state of mind. We need to survive and thrive. Channeling is not a good idea. There are tramp souls roaming the aether looking for bodies to inhabit. To advance spiritually join a religious organization or a meditation group that advises focusing the mind in meditation, not letting the mind go blank. That is the way to advance spiritually towards God. If information comes about future events it is not what is important; the relationship with the Supreme God is what is important; knowing what His will is and aligning with it.
