Anger is a quickly generated and accumulated burst of energy. As we know, controlling such energy is difficult, but the best thing to do is to redirect it towards accomplishing a specific task. This can be best achieved through a pre-established affirmation in the mind, where we visualize using the bursts of energy in the form of anger to find answers to important questions.
