Glad to see the plants are doing good. As you and Jamie know I could only take seven years of living where you two are living. I went through some of the same things your going through. Things that to this day I haven't talked about. Hoping that Jamie's graduation helps a little, and know your not alone and I'm always available.

I didn't know you have struggles Jack I'm sorry to hear that. I know things will get better but right now it looks so terrifying. I'm learning to manage it I'm just new to all this in my head.

Hang in there, brother. I deal with it too. A truth I have found is that if I'm being productive or if I'm being lethargic, the anxiety is still there. So, if possible, I hit the productivity as hard as I can. Thanks for the fig tree videos, that's how I found you.

Thank you,for being so open about what has kept you from making videos. I have seen how debilitating anxiety can be , my best friend suffers from severe anxiety. I wish you well and hope you can continue to get better and your family have the strength to support you.

Jack Spellerberg Breathing through the storms can be quite difficult. Meditation can help build that muscle, and it’s free with no membership required. Just something to consider. Take care.

Don’t give up. Be patient with yourself. I have anxiety and depression. It’s better in the summer but during winter it’s rough. I hope you can seek out a therapist and even medication if needed to help you see the light again. Always be patient and kind with yourself. You’ll get through this. 🙌

Patience with myself would be very helpful. I need to learn to be patient and just get it in my head that things will be ok. I'm sorry to hear you have anxiety and depression. What do you do to help cope with it?

Hi Jack...I just found your channel today because I was searching for info on the spiral aloe and your video came up with you planting the seeds. Did they ever grow for you? ...hope you start feeling better soon.

They didn't germinate and I suspect they were bogus seeds. One of my subscribers Eddy Feyen has a couple of great videos on growing Spiral Aloe from seed.

Thank you Dave. Having people here that understand is a huge thing for me. It's hard for me to be open about things and this took a lot for me to do but it was liberating to get out.
