Heyy, love your content, anything you do, whether it be walkthroughs or streams, i enjoyed them very much, i still watch some games like rdr2 and the effort you put them is amazing. I have been following your channel since it had like 5000 subs (maybe even less) but yes, this step towards making a full live streaming channel is really good, i sometimes might not be able to watch it because of the timeszones but i'll try to catch up. I used to watch your channel quite a bit, but I think recently it's been more about what your current subs want instead of what would new people want. Personally, I think playing the hottest games is a sure-fire way to bring in views and subs and only playing 2, maybe 3 games at a time. You play tons of games at once, which makes everyone have to wait for the next part, which nowadays causes viewer loss. Success on KZbin requires high demand games and consistency. Still appreciate your content, and I hope things get better.

The problem I have with streaming is I don’t like watching videos of someone talking to a chat I can’t see. Especially when listening to content when washing dishes or cooking.

Hey dude, As long as you’re happy and having fun playing the games that’s all that matters. When you weren’t having fun with some of the prior series we could tell and to be honest it’s tough to watch when we can tell that you’re struggling to enjoy it. For those of us that are loyal to your channel we’ll be around regardless. I still think you should do the 100% as it pertains to attaining the platinum but beyond the platinum anything else is for your pure enjoyment. Yay! I’m super happy to hear this! I loved joining in on your streams (: I don’t mind walkthroughs on games that I’m trying to play through and need a bit of help for the platinum. But I’m a lot more likely to join a live stream and stick around for any random game whether I’m playing it or not. My advice is fuck what the polls say. Do your streams the way you enjoy them and find fun! There’s no harm in letting go of the 100%ing. I have got to the point if the game is giving me too much trouble I give up on the 100%. It’s not worth it. The platinum is enough (:

Stumbled across your channel looking for a Witcher 3 100% playthrough and have been binge-watching the videos at work. I am assuming the terms walkthrough and playthrough are interchangeable here. I really love your playstyle and dedication to getting 100%, especially on these massive games you play. Not many creators are able/willing to undertake the task and see it through to the end. Shame you have to make this change, but I understand you need to do what it takes to grow your channel.

Hey man - been a big fan on the titles you cover, not everything is my cuppa tea, but I'm a big Final Fantasy fan, but just do not have the dexterity to smash a game past XII... I really dug the streams of XVI, and the walkthroughs of VII but they definitely didn't feel mutually exclusive - I still viewed the streams as a *version* of a walkthrough, feels like you seem deflated to that it's not a walkthrough, but to me it was sorta the same. But whatever you do man, it's been great and will be great and I'm sure we all want you to find that golidlocks moment between what you enjoy and what gets the views. You've been a real constant source of entertainment, especially watching FFVII Remake bang in the middle of covid, living solo? You were great company, whether you knew it or not! I definitely know like, looking at Final Fantasy Rebirth, that games is just ALL side hustle with a seasoning of plot, so I'd happily watch you crack the storyline mode of stuff over watching you chase those damn moogles...!

Glad to know u will be back to stream shinies, streams anybody can join , learn the game along w you, talk to chat and just have fun. With walkthroughs ppl who are playing or have played will watch and rest may refrain cz of spoilers. The issue why your older vids are working is because ppl can afford those games now, but new games maybe most people cant afford. People like me usually wait for prices to go down or sales etc... Hopefully you enjoy the streams again!

Finish FF7 and I'll be happy enough. As for the streams, I highly doubt that I'll be available to watch them live so I would end up waiting until it's finished and KZbin has buffer them. Presuming it's a game that I'm interested in which is uncommon as there's few types of games that I'm not interested in or straight up can't handle.

I'll be honest, I'm not quite sure yet what (except for talking to chat) the difference between walkthrough content and your streams is/will be. Isn't it essentially the same, except for maybe longer session and chat interactions? I might be missing something though. Also, I'd suggest, once you find your grove with the streams and find your way to enjoy them, to maybe start dual streaming. Essentially just the same stream on youtube and twitch. People do this more and more, and it seems to be quite decent at furthering reach.

Of course the amount of views dropped on the walk-throughs when the quality of the walk-throughs dropped. Back with God of War you were doing, in my opinion some of the best quality walk-throughs out there. By the time Ragnarok came around, it was literally unwatchable.

Every 100 percent walkthrough on KZbin is not always 100 percent like they say you were always 100 percent but if you decide to change the way you play I will still follow you but me being a perfectionist/ complenist if I can't get a full 100 percent I walk away and ur channel always helped. But I do have an idea that always helps me with games, I always beat the game and never collect anything only if the game has new game plus this is when I replay the game and collect that way cause your leveled up and it's also helps that it's not a blind walkthrough and you have a hint where all the collectibles are. But that's just me for the past years since I subscribed to you I watched your live games while playing said game cause you're the best but know this like I said before if you change your ways I will still follow you cause you are the best KZbin gamer in my opinion I hope everything works out and after I get my job back I will be joining ur new high teir patron or how ever it spelled

So I'm curious if, say a year from now, your channel gains a lot more popularity from constant streaming, that maybe you could start walkthroughs again? Of course you can stretch the time eveb further, because if the algorithm is working in your favour from streaming, then once your videos start popping in everyone's recommended pages, your walkthroughs would gain attention again. I hope thats how it goes, since you like doing the walkthroughs and i like watching them.

I hope any brand changes help the channel out. its sad that models work one day and then fall apart do to ulterior factors the next. but i guess thats how the world works..but im glad that patreon seemed to boom after your changes what might work really well is just make a prerecorded Patreon ad at the end of a video post stream or set it up as an automatic fade out for a video. that way you dont personally have to continue shilling your stuff in real time. might help with how uncomfortable it feels

The thing is with your streams is that the quality after the stream is over the video has less bit rate and less quality options(like just 4 quality options). I dont know why the quality is butchered. Your whole witcher 3 streams have this problem. Does anyone else have this problem?

Honestly, the content creator scene has shifted to stream-focused over the last like 5+ years, which is a shame as I personally prefer videos. Let's Plays were the foundation of what made YT as big as it is, so it's a shame to see their algorithm push that content away now. However, this is the best solution, as there really isn't enough entertaining 100% playthroughs on YT, I don't mind not having a perfect guide in the form of a walkthrough, just seeing someone go for 100% is what I want. I my not be able to catch streams live, but I'll pretty likely watch the VoDs, if I'm interested. And honestly, I think streaming is going to be the only realistic way to get Monster Hunter World to 100%.

It's fun to see other people comment what you do with funny and random comments. Elden ring in a walkthrough looks off to me, not seeing you die and rage over the game is abit boring.
