বিএনপির এই ব্যাক্তি কে যতবার প্রশ্ন করেছেন সোজাসাপ্টা উত্তর না দিয়ে কিভাবে ঘুরিয়ে ফিরিয়ে উত্তর দিচ্ছে। মাত্র একমাস হয়েছে দেশের ভিতর যা হচ্ছে সবাই দেখছে এবং এখনো ক্ষমতা পাবে কিনা সেটা অনেক দূরের পথ এবং অনেক কিছু দেখতে হবে। নির্বাচন যত দেরি হবে বিএনপির জন্য অনেক টা কঠিন হবে।

আমি একজন অবসরপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা হিসাবে বলতে চাই, আমার চাকুরী কালিন সময়ে ৪টি সরকারের সময়কাল অতিক্রান্ত করিয়া ছি। যখন যেই সরকার যেভাবে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করার জন্য নির্দেশনা দেন, সেই ভাবেই পরিচালনা করা প্রজাতন্ত্রের কমর্চারী হিসাবে সকল কমর্চারীর দায়িত্ব। এখানে সকল কর্মচারীকে একসাথে বদলী করাটা যুক্তিযুক্ত হয় নাই।

আমাদের দেশের পুলিশ সংকট এখন দেখা দিয়েছে। আমার মনে হয়, আমাদের দেশে অনেক বেকার যুবক আছে। যারা পুলিশ ডিপার্টমেন্টের কাজ করতে চাই সেইসব যুবকদেরকে তিন মাসের সারদা ট্রেনিং ইনস্টিটিউশনে ট্রেডিং দিয়ে তাদেরকে বিভিন্ন থানাগুলোতে নিয়োগ দেয়া উচিত। এরপর আস্তে আস্তে তাদেরকে উন্নত ট্রেনিং এর ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। আশা করি বিষয়টি দেখবে সরকার।

দেশের সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর সংস্কার কাজ সমাপ্ত করে তারপর নির্বাচন দিতে হবে। তবে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হল রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর মধ্যে সংস্কার আনা। এখন সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হল আইনশৃঙ্খলা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা। দ্বিতীয় বিষয় হল দ্রব্যমূল্য নিয়ন্ত্রণে আনতে হবে। প্রশাসনের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হল ডিসি এবং এসপি।কারন হল এক বছর থাকতে পারলে কোটি কোটি টাকা রোজগার করা । কাজেই তাদের জেলা প্রশাসকের নিজস্ব এল আর ফান্ড নামে একটি একাউন্ট আছে যেখান থেকে কোটি কোটি টাকার মালিক হয়ে যান।😊😅😮😢😂😢
