I love to waste their time when I am bored, I would encourage everyone to do it and play dumb that would effect them and probably make them give up lol. Had one going for a year building trust talking about everyday life some real things I went through I used them as emotional support a few times and other things slightly twisting the truth, they were hanging on as money was tide up in another type of investing project that was actually a scam I used as an excuse then said I needed to borrow my fathers money as needed 10k to release my 90k they warned me not to but I did so lost it all and told them I was going to commit suicide, they went crazy messaging me then I blocked them😏. I hacked one scammers email after building up trust that I was a gullible rich religious guy, I would continuously throw my wealth in my emails of my boat trips that would also double as excuses then embedded a keylogger and screen capturing software in with a photo of Jesus and stole his email😆

The beauty of Mr. Pricky's baits is that they are almost completely improvised. It is not practical to approach a scammer with a firm script so the baits are mostly developed on the fly. Mr. Pricky and his team are absolute professionals when baiting scammers. Most people and so-called baiters would waste a few minutes to an hour of the scammers' time, maybe throw in a "you are a scammer haha" line to end it off. Excellent. It puts my own amateur scam baiting efforts in the shade. My best was to keep an Indian scammer, pretending to be from Microsoft on the line for 25 minutes. My brother beats my record as he managed to keep a scammer going for over 12 hours in a WhatsApp exchange from someone opening with "Dad. My phone has been stolen so I've had to buy this new one - please delete my old phone number and replace it with this one". My brother replied with "How did it get stolen David" (my brother doesn't have a son called David) ;-) It went on and on as my brother thought of ways to bait him (or her) - "How much do you need"? "I don't have that amount, I've only got this amount", which surprise surprise would be enough. Then before the scammer could give any payment details, my brother sent a message to say he'd made a bank transfer into "David's" account because he already had the bank details ... anyway, you get the gist - 12 hours of that 🙂

Me, commenting on KZbin: This was great! Hate scammers and this guy really went the extra mile to take them to town. Ch4 Psychologist: The commenter will be the sort of person who scrolls through possibly tens of videos in their KZbin recommendations looking for something to have on while doing a range of activities like cooking, exercising, or taking a dump. How this sort of behaviour works is that they want to watch a video on KZbin and they're consciously looking for something among lots of videos, so they're sort of 'fishing' for something to watch. The viewer possibly has a sense of urgency to make a decision, it could be that the kettle is boiling, their lunch break finishes in ten minutes, or they're touching cloth.
