I think it should because it’s concrete and steel RCC structure not wooden structure .. In Asia that’s how most of the houses are built

looks nice will be alot of fish when they get big may have to sell or give away when they get big because of space i did notice that the roof top is not block off from sun light and it have no uv light so i think the water will turn green soon after

Koi ponds and cement aquarium usually have Polyester Resin and fiberglass lining, that's what makes them waterproof.
