All you need is just 3s lipo with ANY parallel/p value (coz voltage is one thing that must be looked at, more p value means more capacity) , receiver, and the transmitter (r/c remote if you are confused).

to all the guys saying that's an inrunner and not an outrunner, it very well could be an outrunner, I personally have several outrunner brushless motors with no external moving parts. so you cant say it's not. not trying to call anyone out but I assure y'all that I'm correct. if I need to prove anyone wrong il send you links to brushless outrunners that are made like the inrunner. with no external moving parts.

Chris ImItReal you can do it in *parallels arrangement* only. Put it on *series and the boat component will be dead* due to 22.2v 6s as opposed to 11.1v 3s.
