V4 also has a feature which I don't think existed on V3, where if you open up your draft deck in the deck editor you can draw sample hands, to test mana bases for example.

LSV! Im a huge fan.. And honored that I made the same first pick as you today.. Suspension Field over vilanous wealth. I also won the draft (3rd draft in a row) and added a sarkhan to my collection.. Last time I got foil polluted delta XD traded it for a foil flooded strand + 2 non-foil polluted delta. Good trade or no? Also even though Im not a pro Ive drafted this set a ton online and off, and tonight was the first time I had a deck with TONS of removal and few creatures (I think 10 or 11 creatures but about the same count of solid removal) I was worried about how the deck would play out but.. It was insane, maybe the best deck I ever played in limited. If you can get enough removal in this drafting set it's just stupid.

I don't understand: On the one hand, you don't want to pick a 3 color card, to keep yourself options open, but then you pick an even more narrow card in raiders spoils which not only demand WB but also warriors.

It might be a little more narrow...but it's a 2 Color based deck instead of 3, and it's of a Tribe type that's highly available/plentiful in those colors. Not to mention that archetype has proven time and time again to be one of the best, if not the best in the Format should you be able to built it properly or close to properly. Add in Raider's Spoils in that archetype is near broken in the amount of advantage it can and does produce. Overall in makes total sense to Draft Raider's Spoils under those conditions.

I too have passed lands for cards and regretted it. I think it's one of the most interesting things about this format though.

If you went sultai you would have a powerhouse delve deck with villainous wealth, rakshasa vizier, necropolis fiend, towershell and woolly loxodon as finishers, sultai scavanger, sultai soothslayer, hooting mandrills, abomination of gudul as middle game, and some counters and card draw, as well as sultai charm and even death frenzy for the fast decks, early on...

LSV is easily distracted into making fun picks. He's an excellent player who can play anything so it might as well be fun. But I think that when he makes videos he should show the correct picks so we can learn.

He went BW Warriors with a minor Red splash. Overall he did do the "correct" Draft for his seat and position.

I've seen many of his drafts and he tends to make the fun choices more often than not. In my humble opinion, when you make a video you should show how you would play at the pro tour. He's not obligated obviously. His way is enjoyable. I'm just saying it would be more helpful. But I still like his videos and learn from them. In fact I learned to choose consistency over bombs from him.

***** Are you saying he wouldn't play BW Warriors at the Pro Tour? I would have to think he would if it's available. Again, it's one of the most successful archetypes in the Format. Even above Wedges and 4/5 Color.
