Adventure Time just keeps the good times rolling, eh? After assuming it was over and done with, Distant Lands gave us more of Finn and Jake, and a little more closure to their story, too. But even when that finale to end all finales hit our screens, there was more story to be told. More adventures to be had! The genderbent versions of Finn and Jake, Fionna and Cake, had a world to make magic, and a whole lot of multiversal secrets to uncover! And just like before, even though it acts as a sequel of sorts, Fionna and Cake also adds some additional details to the lore of the past! With that in mind, it’s time to get started on the most complete Adventure Time Chronology we’ve ever seen! For now, anyway. More to come, I’m sure.
As per usual, we’re gonna start out with a huge shout-out to JAGM, who is behind the wildly detailed Adventure Time timeline. You can check out their work at ATChronology.com, and boy is it worth a look. Also, we’re not including any of the stuff that happened in the comics in this timeline, as these are NOT CANON. Ask Adam Muto if you want that confirmed. This timeline is show events ONLY. We’ll continue to rock with the Great Mushroom War as our Year Zero, as that just seems to be the way we do things when talking Adventure Time.

Adventure time is definitely a show I have lots of respect for, shows like SpongeBob have been milked for every cent it's worth to the point where it hurts to watch but adventure time managed to close plot holes and answer questions with other serieses like what happened to finn and jake after the main show, how did bmo meet finn and jake, does Simon get closure for Betty what happened to farmworld finn and while simultaneously making sure the spin off series don't leave any more plotholes like what was finn like before he died or what happens to the scearub after he's defeated and that's amazing and it should be the standard for how every show operates

This is a personal theory, but i believe King of Mars is a Primordial like Cocontempi and Orgalorg. When orgalorg's brain was coming out of gunter's head, he was placing down wooden planks in the shapes of random things, but then of KoM? Why the weird callback? It HAS to mean something.

I have a theory: The Lich is a being that was probably created by Golb to cause death and destruction across the multiverse because that is golb's way because he is the embodiment of chaos and all the puzzle pieces that float around Golb (which were never fully explained what are until maybe later) are actually all Lich's from other universes that completed their mission.

I’d recommend restarting the show from the beginning to refresh your memory and then keep watching from there to experience the rest of the lore and character growth. Then watch the Distant Lands specials with Together Again as the last episode instead of Wizard City and then watch Fionna and Cake. It can sound confusing when put in a timeline but when you’re watching the show itself, it’s not that confusing.

Also, I'm very curious about what happened to Peebles if that kingdom is deserted and why Marcy isn't with Simon after Adventure Time. All in all, I enjoyed this. The editing seems very off. Probably the poor quality and final production that the Federator yt channel is known for. Another example is 24:25 - 240 where the audio is talking about the root sword, but the clip we see is the grass sword breaking the Finn sword.

Where it transports whoever touches it into the Spirit Realm which is like limbo between life and the afterlife. During this time whoever touched it has their face imprinted on the head of the Porcelain Lamb.

Jake Died sometime before Fionna and Cake judging by Finns Jake tattoo, and Jakes son taking his place as Finns adventure partner. This would make sense because if jake was grown when finn was still a kid. it would make sense for Jake to be in enderly dog years by the time Finn is an adult.
