One of the things that makes Bill Cipher such a great villain is that he isn't so hateable that he's hard to watch. The audience needs to hate a villain, but not so much so that it distracts them or makes them not want to watch. Bill was the perfect combination likeable and hateable.

King Clawthrone from The Owl House(2020-2023) could definitely be the reincarnation of Bill Cipher. King is good while Bill is evil. Both of them are voiced by Alex Hirsch( The creator of Gravity Falls(2012-2016)). Both Gravity Falls(2012-2016) and The Owl House (2020-2023) are listed in my Top 10 Favorites of ALL-TIME.
