It's not about the North Koreans. Their numbers do not make any difference to the situation at the front. It's about Biden wanting to make it difficult for Trump and his administration to work. Otherwise, permission for long-range missiles would have been given ages ago. This decision on long-range missiles is the dumbest decision Biden has ever made, especially as his presidency ends.
