Jake Moore on global IT outage

There was chaos across a number of industries worldwide, including airlines, banking and healthcare, after a global IT outage hit key services on Jul 19. Software giant Microsoft says the underlying cause of the tech issue has been fixed, but it acknowledges customers may still be experiencing disruptions.
