Global food security can somehow be managed by eliminating biased consumption. You know in some countries they have traditional practices of certain parts of animal or plants can’t be eaten. All the parts wasted, that potato might be small but the leaf can still be consumed, also when you take at look at some of grocery salads it’s always these lettuces and kale, no potato leaf.
