I think the brand are using indirect process and if according to me directly process is better. Yes it will take much money but we will get good feedback and no one will make fack news of us and when we have directly feedback from people then we can understand what they really want and it will be easy to change, edit or add something and then the peoples will satisfy and we will take more money. Hhhhh finely. toughest question ever it take me much time to find the answer.
