No doubt one of the cleanest processing facilities. I think it'll be much better to eliminate putting the cassavas on the floor after washing and straight into the grating machine to prevent cross contamination

With garri u need just a small machine powered by a generator engine then allow for few days to ferment then tie with sticks or 4×4 planks to dry then fry in a frying pot manually thats it
