You didn't listen to Oshoma. Governors and deputy governors are impeached. House leadership are removed by a resolution. There don't need to be a crime or infringement before a house leader can be removed. Also he don't need to be investigated. He is not removed from the house, he is still a member, The members of the house can wake up one money and say they don't like their speaker and remove him, provided they meet the numerical qualification which is 2/3 majority

Where was all those issues you raised stated in the constitution. Members of the legislative can remove their speaker without any grounds unlike the impeachment of a government. Go read our constitution.

The seat of speaker is not his birth right. He was just first amongst equal. They must not give reason(s) to remove him as long as the two-third requirement is met. The house may just wake up and say they no longer like his face. If 2/3 of the house agrees, he is removed. Simple. Investigations are not needed. Reasons are not needed. Obasa should know when the game is up.
