I didn't like Festus Kayamo's utterances during election, but after his appointment as minister of aviation and his good work l changed my views towards him. He is the best minister in Nigeria today. What Nigerians are crying for is good governance. Festus Kayamo has focused on his ministry not to come on national TV and curse people that critics Tinubu' bad policies.

Ogah Keyamo, I salute you for your efforts so far. However, I must point out that passing thru Lagos International Airport is like a fire brigade drill. The number of repeat frisking is insane and exhausting. The next frisking is just another opportunity for another person ro ask "ogah what do you have for us na?". The level of begging from your officials is exhausting and very embarrassing. PLEASE, we need more from you to fix this mess. Can we employ technology to avoid these guys from invading our privacy by dipping their hands in our bags repeatedly? This is the standard globally, and this is definitely something we can achieve in our airports. Thank you.

The minister is absolute right about the management of ministries. However, he is very wrong about what aerospace’s entails Aerospace encompasses a broad range of disciplines, aeronautics, astronautics and astrodynamics, aerodynamics, propulsion Systems, material science, Avionics, space exploration. What he does now is the management commercial aviation.

The past Minister of Aviation Sirika and MD of FAAN Saleh Dunoma defrauded aviation, appropriated money and approved by the house,but they diverted the money to their personal used. Festus has more work to do at the Murtala Muhammad International Airports. 2 booths on arrival at Immigration is achaic and backward creating unnecessary long queues and discomfort for Nigerians and visitors to Nigeria 🇳🇬. This was our horrible experience as Diasporan Nigerians in Dec. 2024.. Departure from Nigeria is even bizarre at the boarding gate airport personels frisk searching passengers and their hand luggage. Its appalling procedure at the boarding gate again after already going through the security scanners. SMH.
