Kudos on information gathering to identify the terrorists from Mali, Niger and ISIS, but shouldn't the onus to identify and keep out terrorists be on the immigration and border protection instead of tips and whistleblowing. You quoted a lot of statistical points. I would like to hear about a reduction in the total loss and disrepair of human lives in the north central to the extent of the damage dealt to the terrorists' abilities to win. This is vital. Also, the country would do well to tread the path of peace instead of a second war with the Eastern region. May the soul of the late COAS Taoreed Lagbaja rest in peace.
