This minister is dumb. He built an International Airport in Ebonyi State and no one is using the Airport.This very project in question is to connect Calabar to Lagos and what for. Do Yoruba people go to Calabar or invest in Calabar. The plan is to enslave the people to be investing in Lagos while Yoruba people do not invest in Calabar. I do not get in it. Of what use is Lagos, I want to ask. Shame on you, Minister
