Instead of focusing on importing crude Why should we not focus on exploring the recently found oil reserves in the Northern parts! I think it is a sustainable solution!

Remind us again, how many $billions have been spent for ( turn-around-maintenance) TAM at the NNPC run refineries since Obsanjo's administration? We should be thankful that the Warri refinery is running at 60 percent capacity. Nope, I'm not impressed.

Every refinery starts slow and operations will improve few months down the line. Dangote and PH did the same. You ramp up operations slowly. GBN.
