I'm watching this for the first time in 2024 (11 years after), and in the last two months, there have been more random kidnappings than in the previous 10 months combined. An entire family was even kidnapped from their home in Abuja (the country's capital) last month. From their home! Not on the highway. But, their home! Saddest of all, 11 years and two presidents later, NONE of the recommendations that were made here by the lawyer have been honoured. No amnesty, no state policing, no state of emergency on insecurity, nothing! Arise, o compatriots!

Mr ozeghome, as much as I do sincerely sympathised with you but all your suggested or professed solutions are too far reality. And as much as amnesty is good, it doesn't n can't take out the cultism in the governance of the nation as it is today. For clarity purpose, let me define the real meaning of cultism. "Cultism is a society or an association of some people who take the interests of Their society/association far beyond the general interests of the larger society or community". When the lawmakers in the nation both in state n Federal levels take their own interests far beyond the general interests of the entire Nigerians, this is a cultism.
