There’s actually a difference. Judgment are made at the end and becomes binding on all parties, rulings are made within the suit. It’s like the saying that there are many battles within a war. Rulings can be given as the court sits and all but a judgment is the final. If a judgment is given that’s the end of the case. Nevertheless I think they are embarrassing themselves and their party.

Let’s say a court case had over 10 sittings, any pronouncements within the first 9 before the final day are rulings. Rulings like bring this witness and all that but after judgments the case ends. You can only appeal it but in the case of this APGA, we don’t know if there’s an adjournment, like another sitting but if there’s none, then this is a judgment and not a ruling, if there’s none then it’s a judgment and this can’t be appealed as the Supreme Court is the apex court in the country.
