Yes, maybe but it is the responsibility of the Government to set laws and policies that safeguard the even distribution of foods within the supply chain. They're interested in taxation, people pay tax. The people need to eat in order to work effectively, and therefore pay tax to keep the wheel turning. Removing subsidy from the things you don't even provide, is behind a joke.
